One finial on the top is missing. You can leave it like this and it still functions as normal- just as sturdy. You could find a screw to pit in there and tighten it up. When lifted because the finial isnt there the leg can start to come apart. Also one of the legs -on the bottom circular piece has broken. All of this is shown in pictures.
