The stand measures about 25″ high x 18 across base x 9″ wide base. The wheel measures almost 7 wide with 6 hanging baskets. Condition:vintage old used. Rustic old, used, has several coats of chippy paint. Grandpa cleaned it up some, fixed any loose metal and added a new coat of white paint. The ferris wheel IS NOT PERFECT but could really be a neat table center piece with a few live plants or seasonal decorations added. Ferris Wheel could be repainted a pretty color and decorated to make a great indoor or outdoor decoration for the different holiday seasons.
