No rusted out spots. Nicks to the paint as would be expected. This is a heavy piece. IF IT IS ELECTRICAL, I WILL PLUG IT IN AND SEE IF IT STARTS AND KEEPS RUNNING. IF IT DOES I NOTE IT.
