Item: For your consideration we are presenting for sale a sale a pair of rare vintage aboriginal / tribal / native planter stands. While we aren’t certain of the maker, they are done in a style similar to that of Bror Bonfils (Denmark). Circa’50s /’60s. The are constructed of iron, and each has yarn highlights on the head, and around the waist region. They each also have round wire hoop earrings and necklaces. The heads appear to be constructed of wood. They do not appear to be branded. Planter cups will have to be provided by the purchaser as the original ones are long gone. Measurements: The figure with the red yarn measures approx. 10.75″ tall x 4″ wide x 4.24 deep. The round opening for the cup insert measures approx. 3.25 in diameter. The seated figure with the yellow yarn measures approx. 7.75″ tall x 4″ wide x 4.5 deep. The round opening for the planter cup insert measures approx. 3.5 in diameter. Condition: Both are in great condition! There is very minor paint loss, but nothing objectionable whatsoever. No breaks, bends, repairs, etc. Please ask them and we will respond back to you in a timely manner.
