These claims can be filed with your local post office. There is a time limit for the CARRIER to accept a claim after the package has been delivered so you MUST give us all information noted below within 10 days of receiving the package or you will forfeit any claim being filed by us on your behalf or monies for the damaged item/items in a timely manner.
