When it was painted they did not remove the bolts. It had a fabric cover over the black pleather cushion that needed to be removed. I removed each bolt on the seat to remove the fabric. One carriage bolt snapped and I was not able to repair it so I replaced it. Can be seen in photos. 28 1/4 Tall without cushion. 9 1/4 Wide at top. Footprint 14 1/4″ x 14 1/2″.
