The Flowers in it Now Are Fake! But There is a Earlier History To This Chair. When I Was 12 (that’s 55 years ago) I Traveled From Oregon To North Dakota Where My. While There We Visited My Fathers Old Homestead. Dad Recalled This Old Cellar, & Of Course He Had To Investigate What What Still in There. So While I Stood Guard Outside as He Wouldn’t Let Me Go in For Fear of Rattle Snakes! He Brought Out a Few Things From His Childhood (around 1916 as he was born in 1913) &. Among Them Was This Old Bent Up Chair Which He said He &. His Brothers & Sisters Sat on in Their Farmhouse Kitchen. It Was Crushed Just Like it is Today as it Was Under God Knows What as I Couldn’t Go Down There. Over The Years My Mom Had it in Her Yard Just Sitting There Empty & it Kind of Grew on Me. By The Time I Was Maybe 18 or So. I Decided I Would Turn it into a Planter so When I Moved Out Mom Brought That Piece of Junk To Me. & Said I Should Put it in My Yard.
